The dataset
The open dataset: every field, defined
Two CC-BY CSVs power every ranking on this site. This page is their dictionary, so a stranger — human or machine — can reproduce our results without asking us anything.
providers.csv — one row per program
Provider name; whether it offers semaglutide and tirzepatide; brand medications handled; starting price; maintenance-dose price; membership fee; shipping terms; consultation cost; annual total; commitment required; dose-based increases (yes/no and shape); pharmacy identity; pharmacy type (503A/503B); states served; cancellation terms; last price verified (the audit date); and the source URL for every figure. Open fields are recorded as open — an honest blank outranks a guessed number.
pricing.csv — one row per plan
Each program's individual plans normalized to the four calculated figures the site ranks on: advertised monthly price (we call it the sticker), true recurring cost with membership, consultation and shipping folded in (the street), maintenance-dose cost (the step-up), and the twelve-month all-in (year-one) — plus plan term, verification status and source URL.
Rules that travel with the data
Audited figures carry a date and age out after 45 days. An audited figure outranks an on-record figure regardless of magnitude. No field is ever back-filled from memory — every number has a source URL or it does not ship. License: CC-BY 4.0; cite the site and take the files: pricing.csv · providers.csv · pricing.json (same rows, machine-readable). Reproduce the board from them under the methodology; if you get a different answer, the corrections desk wants it.
